Subject Verb Agreement
A sentence usually starts with subjects and verbs:
For example:
She likes coffee.
The birds sing sweetly.
SVA looks at how the subject and the verb agree, with most errors happening when a single subject (he/she/it/the car/this/education etc) is used in the present tense without adding an "S" to the verb ending. Check these are right in your writing every time you write.
Sometimes the subject and verb are not next to each other. When they are separated from each other it is easy to forget to check for SVA.
This happens in adjective clauses quite often.
For example:
The young boy who drives the red Ferrari has too much money.
