chocolate
Chocolate is food that made of seed of a tree called theobroma cacao. Now you can see chocolate in almost all desserts such as candy , pudding, cakes and crepes. There are many types of chocolate but the most commons are milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate. People like chocolate because of its taste and think it has many calories, however they do not know that chocolate actually has so many benefits, the most important one is that it prevents heart-attacks and many similar health problems. Also it makes people more happier and reduce stress. New study says that it protect us from the sun. In Addition it raise people IQ. On the other hand Eating large amounts of chocolate can do more harm than good, no matter how good it tastes. The effect of eating too much chocolate is calories. Other side effects include dental problems related to the high sugar content. Its good to eat chocolate from time to time but not to over eat it.
