Every creature in this world needs to sleep, so the human body needs a certain amount of hours to get rest. Children should get 10 hours of sleep, and it gets lower when you grow up which means an adult should have 7-8 hours of sleep. If the human body dose not get enough sleep, that may affect the performance of the body negatively. There are many people these days who suffer from sleep deprivation either at school or work.
The human-being nature force us to get rest to work appropriately, sleep deprivation can happen because of using phones and watch TV instead of sleep and don't have much time to finish the tasks. So suffering from sleep deprivation can lead to serious health and behavior problems, which is going to affect badly on the performance of the body. To avoid sleep deprivation take the phones and TVs out of the bedroom and organizing the day time.
